Spousal Work Permit
Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor the spouse, common-law or conjugal partner to become a Permanent Resident in Canada. The Sponsor will have to sign an agreement with the Canadian Government showing responsibility to financially support the sponsored spouse.
The procedure of the spousal visa for permanent residency has a higher variable when compared to other visa applications as they will not be restricted to fulfill strict educational requirements, language proficiencies or work experience.
On receiving the spousal sponsorship, the spouse can live and work permanently in Canada.
Super Visa
The Super Visa in Canada allows grandparents and parents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to visit Canada for an extended period.
This is a multi-entry visa that offers multiple entries for a 10 years period. The main difference in this Super Visa is that it allows an individual to stay for up to 2 years at a time in Canada. On the other hand, a 10-year multiple entry visa will only have status provided for each entry of 6 months only.
